The "Service" refers to online property advertising purchased by you and provided through the website

Property Direct UK offers private home sellers, a portal on which for a fixed fee of £79 (including VAT and all other charges) you can place an advert showing the details of your property which can be viewed by potential buyers.

We allow private individuals to contact other private individuals ("our advertisers") via various contact methods.

We do NOT act as Estate Agents but merely provide a facility for you to sell your own home and there are no other costs payable by you apart from the initial registration fee.

Registration fees are collected in pounds sterling and are non-refundable.

The registration fee is payable at the time when the registration process has been completed and your property profile has been uploaded.

Our registration fee covers the set up cost of each property listed for sale on the website and relevant administration charges to cover the management of the website

The registration fee also includes providing you with one "For Sale" sign which will be delivered to you as soon as possible after your registration has been processed and your payment received.

If you require a replacement "For Sale" board then a charge of £17.99 will be applicable. This includes postage, packing and other administration fees.

If you change your mind to use our services within 24 hours of initial registration we will provide you with a refund of your registration fee minus an administration charge of £20.00. This sum of money covers time and cost incurred by us in processing your application.

Refunds will be made back to the credit/debit card you used to pay the registration fee in the first instance.

You must notify us by e-mail within 24 hours of the fee becoming payable for this refund to apply.

Refunds are not available in any other circumstances.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Your home will be available to view via our website, www.PropertyDirectuk.co.uk and also on a number of third party portals.

Once the details of your property have been published on our website for a period of more than 7 days then this constitutes delivery of our services.

We will endeavor to approve any new property within 24 hours of the details being submitted to the site and payment being confirmed, except in the eventuality of unforeseen circumstances or acts of god which prevent us from carrying out these actions.

We will advertise your property on the website until it is sold.

The Property Direct UK website is as secure as we are able to make it. We will not pass any confidential customer information to another party without your express permission.

By registering your details you agree to receive marketing and other relevant communications from Property Direct UK.

In the unlikely event of any complaints we will endeavor to do all we can to resolve the situation in the shortest time possible.

You must be the legal owner of the property you are advertising

If you are not then you must have legal power of attorney

You agree to Property Direct UK using the details which you provide and of which you own the rights and copyright

Details supplied by you must be accurate and not misleading in any way

We reserve the right to edit or delete any descriptions or property details you have supplied

You confirm that you own title to property details and/or photographs uploaded onto the site and agree to allow a copyright license to Property Direct UK.co.uk for their use

You agree to indemnify us for any claims against us arising from any misdescriptions or other inaccuracies supplied by you. This also includes any expenses incurred by us in respect of breach of copyright issues or property descriptions.

The maximum liability for any loss arising due to our negligence is limited to a sum equal to the value of the registration fee.

With regard to service delivery, we accept no financial liability for any interruption in service or temporary loss of some or all website facilities at any time.

All other detail published by us may NOT be copied from the site and reproduced in any way without your written permission

You accept that we can only do our best to ensure that your details reach the maximum number of buyers.

Your information and activities on the Property Direct UK website must not be in contradiction of any of the following points:

It must not be used for commercial organisations to communicate with our advertisers without our express permission.

We cannot be held responsible if the following incidents do/do not occur:

We do not look to charge an additional fee for a re-registration unless a significant period had passed from the original property registration. We reserve the right to use our discretion in such matters.

Any dispute relating to the service we provide is subject to the laws of England & Wales

Without limiting our other remedies we reserve the right to require compensation for any (but not limited to) damage, either financial, economic, operational, to Property Direct UK or any adverse effect on our reputation through breach of our Terms and Conditions.

If you breach our Terms and Conditions we may immediately issue a warning, suspend or terminate your use of Property Direct UK and refuse to provide our services to you without notice.
